How it works

A straightforward look at what we do and how a typical request moves through our process.

01

You share what you received

Send a photo, scan, or description of the mail, letter, or notice you're unsure about. This can be a single item or several pieces you've been receiving over time.

02

We identify the sender

We research who actually sent the item, whether they're a government agency, a legitimate business, or a private company using official-looking language and design.

03

We check what's actually owed

Many notices are advertisements for services that are free or low-cost directly through the relevant government office. We tell you plainly whether you owe anything at all.

04

You receive a plain-language summary

No jargon. Just what the item is, who sent it, whether it requires action, and what we'd recommend if it does.

05

Ongoing support, if you want it

Some clients send us a single item. Others ask us to review their mail on an ongoing basis. Pricing is based on what you actually need — reviewed and agreed with you before any work begins.
